December 10, 6-9pm: Eclairs & Cream Puffs: Your favorite baking class, with a holiday fair! Learn the basic of Choux pastries and decorate them with cheer while sipping on Champagne! Candy Cane Eclairs, Eggnog Cream Puffs, Savory Gougeres (Cheese Puffs), you’ll do them all, eat or take home!


December 21, 6-9pm: Treats & Champagne: Not only will you learn some of the best holiday treats: Peppermint meringue, Chocolate truffles, Orange Cranberry Almond Shortbread, Coconut Macaroons dipped in chocolate (they are also all gluten free and non the less delicious)… But we’ll also treat you with Champagne and canapes while you’re with us!

Holiday Cookie Party

Don’t have time to bake this year? Or want to check out some different new cookie flavours or decorating tricks? Grab some friends, family or come on your own to get your holiday baking done all in one go! Don’t forget your Tupperware! Everything you make you take. Great for beginners – any levels welcome!

We will give you all the tools, decorating yummies, hints, examples, demonstrations and one-on-one help on how to make your cookies look awesome! All you need is a rolling pin, apron & Tupperware!

Cookie Options: Shortbread, Gingerbread, Sugar Cookies & Thumprints (or jam-jams)

All adults get 1lb cookie dough of their choice, extra cookie dough balls are $10. Private Parties Welcome! Ask for details, minimum 6.

Cooking Classes

Tartine &  Maple offers intimate cooking classes designed to enhance your skills in the kitchen while learning new recipes and discovering the secrets of French cooking. We will demystify for you the myth of fancy French food! Courses are created and taught by Valentine, a passionate home cook who has learnt her tricks from her chef of a father, in the French Champagne vineyard countryside and graduated from Vatel Institute of Hospitality Management, in Paris. Now a full-time baker at The Uncommon Cafe in Vancouver, she would like to share her knowledge and skills with you by teaching easy and delicious meals you can easily re-create at home.
