Cookie Decorating Party:
Grab some friends, family or both and get baking! This class is great for hanging out with the kids, and not cleaning up after them, chilling with the girls drinking wine or making a bunch of thank-you cookie packs. Learn some basics in cookies and decorating and leave with all the goods! Great for beginners, any levels welcome!
We will give you all the tools, decorating yummies, hints, examples, demonstrations and one-on-one help on how to make your cookies look awesome! All you need is a rolling pin, apron & Tupperware! Each adult gets 1lb cookie dough.
Cost: $40 per person, $5 per child (max 2 children per adult)

Need an excuse to hang out with some peeps? Let's get you in the kitchen. The evening will start off socializing over some appies before we toss you in the kitchen. We'll do a dough demo with you and then get you rolling. Everyone gets to make their own personal pizza while having a drink and a laugh.

Tartine & Maple offers intimate cooking classes designed to enhance your skills in the kitchen while learning new recipes and discovering the secrets of French cooking. We will demystify for you the myth of fancy French food! Courses are created and taught by Valentine, a passionate home cook who has learnt her tricks from her chef of a father, in the French Champagne vineyard countryside and graduated from Vatel Institute of Hospitality Management, in Paris. Now a full-time baker at The Uncommon Cafe in Vancouver, she would like to share her knowledge and skills with you by teaching easy and delicious meals you can easily re-create at home.

March 5, 2 - 5pm: Freezer Dinners: Beef Meatballs, Marinara sauce (plus recipes to do with the sauce) and Banana Bread. Easy done, easy stored! Have a glass of wine with us and go home with dinner!
March 8, 6 - 9pm: Choux & Champage: Those pretty and delicious little pastries are far easier than you think! Learn all about it while sipping on Champagne!
